| Well heres an update. yes my date went well. At least at first. he and I don't have much in common. He's very sweet and smart. but after that first and second date he didn't call for a week. I broke down and called him. we did pizza and a move at his house with some of his family. It was laid back. Very laid back. And he hasn't called since. Hmmmm... At this point I've elected to let him decide to call or not. That may see old fashioned but it feels right to me. I'm a little miffed if he does call. hello?! Over a week! I mean just call once to chat or something ya know? Oh well. this is why I've stayed single so long. My own fault I guess. And I'm not too upset. What did I loose? Nothing. I had a few fun dates, and few awkward moments. Such is life. | | |
| Oh boy oh boy! I have a date. Kinda of. My Aunt had me meet this boy she knows, he goes to her church. And I figured he wouldn't be intrested. But guess what? He Was!!! So thursday I'm off to meet him. It's not a real date though, we're meeting at the church during thier band practice. Which is cool with me cuz that take alot of the stress out of a first meeting. Or second. what ever. I'm so excited! and worried. And nurvous. lol. | | |
| Oh boy, I was given some interesting news today. I should have seen it coming. Please help me dig myself out. Ok so several weeks ago, The front desks girl and I are talking. She asks if I want my bosses job! I'm all like no! I'm not ready for that stress! I'm 20 way too young to be in charge of all that. She's like "cool, cuz my mother wants the job." I'm all up against a wall at this point ya know? Tell her that if I was trained properly I'd feel ok about it and look like I'm taking back what I said, or let it slide. I let it slide. So I'm like Ok well cool! I'd love to work with her. Time goes by... Today My boss tells me she gunna be getting married. Yay! Thats so sweet, I'm so happy for her. Then she tells me I want you to take my position. In around a year. I'll train you for it and stay till you're completely comfortable. Um... I said yes. Duh! It means a pay raise and running things (when I'm ready). Then as I skip happily to clean a room, I relaize, Crap. Now I'm gunna look like a huge butt hole. Sky will think I'm playing her and her mom. Not good cuz her Grandmother is the Front desk supervisor. Crap. I will try to smooth it over but it won't be easy. Lots of soft stepping from here on out. I'll have to work really hard at looking like I want the job. I do. just not now. Later. Any suggestions? | | |
| Oh boy. I found out at work today that all of our Indoniesian workers are going home. In two weeks. Dang. We wont have enough time to hier and train new workers. Thats even if we get workers, It's hard finding people who dont mind the work. Not everybody's crazy like me. lol  . Oh boy. So it'll be me and the boss for a while. Whch isn't too bad untill we get lots of people in. yucky. In lighter news I'm going shopping to-night. YAY!!! That makes me happy. And I atch a great movie. V for Vendetta. Really it's great, I felt like I had just read a book. Which is an odd feeling for a movie. Very good. Also one of my favorite books is going to be a movei! yay! Blood and chocolate!!! My mother is quite unhappy to find I've read the book, and that I plan to watch and buy the movie. How can she not know? Anyways I'm convinced it will be greate and can't to watch it. | | |
| Well hello hello! Sorry to all of those who've been checking up on me. I've been kinda sick at heart and I needed time to heal. Anyways I'm done wollowing and I'm back! =) So here's an update: Tink is great. Fat and happy. Actually she's wining at me right now to go to bed. lol. And now that it's winter it's easyer to keep her inside. Work is fine. my whole crew hates me, I'm the bosses assistant now, but I saw that coming so no biggie. They make me mad often though. Me, well like I said I needed time to lick my wounds. But I've decied to get on with life and DANG all the rest. I've bought a laptop. It needs some work but I love it. And I started a new story. Called "We who are cursed". I loved it so far. I've missed my Xanga. I do have a myspace but people don't really talk to eachother there, so I'm back. Anything else you all want to know just ask! | | |
